Carol provides top notch service! Carol went above and beyond to take care of our family when our car was needing work for over two weeks. We have 3 kids all in car seats and we needed Carol went above and beyond to take care of our family when our car was needing work for over two weeks. We have 3 kids all in car seats and we needed a loaner because my husband travels for work. There are very few loaner cars that can fit 3 car seats and Carol made sure we had one not knowing the fix for our car would take two weeks.
