He is so knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and took the time to personally show me all the details of the car. Doug Edmundson made the financing process very easy and took great strides to get me a very competitive interest rate. He also took time to go over all the warranty options available. My 2017 had all the service done by Ed Martin, and I trust this dealer from Sales to Service and everything in between. More

This dealership lost a $60,000+ sale on a new vehicle order for a 2500HD AT4. It may not seem like a lot of money to you, but it is significant to me. Lifelong GM Owner with many dealer purchases over the years. Went to Ed Martin Buick GMC to purchase a specific Denali variant they had in stock. After inspecting the high end vehicle, working up numbe years. Went to Ed Martin Buick GMC to purchase a specific Denali variant they had in stock. After inspecting the high end vehicle, working up numbers, revising the numbers, then providing my personally identifiable info for the credit score (760) and getting the final deal in front of me... they pulled the bait and switch and said the very vehicle with the VIN in my paperwork had been sold.... VERY SHADY and ethically corrupt sales tactics. Ed Martin Buick GMC is a scam house with no moral character. Try another dealer for a car buying experience with integrity. More

I've always owned vehicles in the past, but my friend recommended Ed Martin Buic I recently needed to upgrade my car and decided to try something new. I've always owned vehicles in the past, but my friend recommended Ed Martin Buick GMC as the place to go and seek out something other than my usual Ford Escapes that I'd always owned and maybe even lease a car instead. It turns out; I'd been going there for years with my Ford to get it fixed when I was in town before I moved here. Carol Mooney has always been a dream to work with scheduling on short notice, and John Richardson has repeatedly worked on my cars doing a fantastic job and fast, no matter how badly I'd beaten thenm up driving. Well, I can't tell you how happy I am with my newly-leased 2020 GMC Terrain! I met with Dennis McNamara, the best sales and leasing consultant I've had the pleasure to work with, and he went over all of my options with what I wanted and gave me help with what I needed in my new car. Dennis took the time to answer every question I had and let me test drive several cars. He needed to make sure that I was genuinely comfortable with my decision in the end. I was going to buy another car outright, but Dennis spoke with me and understood my needs would be better suited if I leased. So, I did. I ended up with a brand new car, with no issues, and is fully covered the entire duration of my lease. When it came time to close the sale, Todd Lewis, the Finance Manager, walked me through everything very carefully. He took all the time I needed, without rushing me, to explain and ensure my understanding of the lease options and costs along with some additional options that just made sense based on how I use my car. Both Dennis and Todd were excited to see me over the few days I worked with them, and both were truly honest with me about pricing, terms, and quality upfront. I've had bad experiences at some other local dealerships and even more with their finance managers, who tried and dupe me into additional costs for things I did not need. So, a big THANK YOU to Dennis, Todd, and the entire staff at Ed Martin Buick GMC for treating me with respect and getting me into my beautiful new ride for the next few years, at which time I will most definitely be back to trade-in and get something new again!
