My sales rep was nothing short of amazing. She made sure I got everything I wanted before I left and then when one of my keyfobs died she replaced the battery for me. I appreciated their flexibility in allowing me to keep possession of my trade in until the car was ready. Marquela did an excellent job of keeping me posted on progress of the repairs.
