The dealership is good in routine services and maintenance but incapable of diagnosing or fixing unique or rare problems. I have an Acura RDX 2021 and very unpredictably (in true meaning) all the maintenance but incapable of diagnosing or fixing unique or rare problems. Made an appointment a month in advance to secure a loaner vehicle because I had to drive 1 1/2 hour for service. Explained my list of concerns to the person making my appointment. I arrived 1 hour early only to find out they had no loaner vehicles. I called a local friend to pick me up and go to lunch and explained the service advisor of my intentions. Upon my return from lunch, approximately 2 hours later, I was told they had not turned in my service ticket because a loaner had not arrived yet. I was not happy and asked for the general manager and was informed he was out for the day. I was taken to the service manager who listened, but really did not show any empathy for my problem. I had hoped they would have at least have done my oil service and communicated that they would at least prioritize my other concerns to what could be accomplished that afternoon before I left. I had to ask for them to at least do a oil change for me before I left. They instead acted like my service was not of any priority. Upon arriving home I sent the General Manager Jason Mattaliano a email explaining the situation and have received no response from him. The next day I did received a phone call from the Customer Satisfaction employee and explained that I felt the service was very subpar and I had emailed the GM. She told me she would send her email address to me so I could forward the letter to her. I have yet to receive her email address. There was really no service at this dealership or communication. More

My husband and have purchased acura's and own two from this dealership. My husband passed away and now I have to get service done there without my husband's assistance. I found Kevin the service guy was a this dealership. My husband passed away and now I have to get service done there without my husband's assistance. I found Kevin the service guy was almost rude when I called.. I asked for a loaner as I didn't want to wait one hour and half ... my husband passed away 28 days ago and I'm 72.. I'm not feeling wonderful and I didn't know how long I would be stuck there. I'm going to have say Kevin was condescending I agreed to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes as I really didn't have a choice ... my husband isn't around to pick me up anymore. Is this how you treat customers at this dealership? More

Horrible service department. horrible customer service Extremely rude service center. Both my husband I talked to 2 separate people within their service department, explained our situation extremely nicel Extremely rude service center. Better customer service is needed! We have had our Acura for 10 years now and will not be going back to Ed Martin. More

Poor Service I have owned 4 Acuras and have received GREAT service while living in Ft. Wayne IN, and Naperville IL over the years. I have not received professional service with Ed Martin Acura in Indianapolis. I had a B1 service code and my brakes were grinding on my 2018 RDX. It took 9 days to get my RDX scheduled for an appointment, then due to overbooking, the dealership required 2 days to service the issues. They managed to provide an oil change and rotate the tires, but failed to find anything wrong with the brakes. I left the dealership this afternoon, ran the car up to 40 MPH....and the brakes started grinding as I approached a traffic signal. I did receive a loaner car...but not worth the hassle at this dealership! JB More

Service Beyond Compare I had the unfortunate experience of hitting a pot hole that damaged a wheel and tire. I limped into Ed Martin Acura where they quickly assessed the situation. The tire was blown and wheel bent so repair would take time. Even though my visit was unexpected they quickly told me they could take care of getting the wheel re-straightened, get a new tire + check alignment and have me repaired within 24 hours. They also immdeiately provide me a loaner car so I could get on with my business day without further inconvenience. Thanks to Gabe Green for great leadership in driving a culture of 'customer first' and to Luke Kohnen, Service Advisor, for great care and follow-up. More
