Now for most of you who are unaware of the dealers tricks this is where they show you something just out of your price range so you like it and then spend more money. Not with brad he showed me exactly what fit our budget. I actually ended up walking out with a better payment and newer car! I highly recommend Brad and his team if you are in the market. More

I found a local Acura dealer and the service dept was open. We pulled in at lunch time and were met by Joe Shanholt, Asst Service Manager. Joe arranged for a loaner and we were off to visit our daughter. Joe and his team were able to repair our car before they closed for the weekend. We were able to drive back to Chicago and not have to stay over till Monday. Thanks again Joe for taking care of us and our car!!! More

Bernie Butler just saved me I've been waiting over 3 months for a "custom order" from Butler toyota that they "lost" in chicago when it came off the train. Well I have to move out of state in 3 days, so that was simply unacceptable considering it was due on the lot yesterday. When we asked Butler for a loaner so I could move, they said no and tried to guilt us saying that we were asking too much for a deal they were already losing money on. (lies) We mentioned how good the service was at Ed Martin when my mother bought an Acura, and they're reply was "well maybe you should take your business there." I cancelled my order immediately and crossed the street. Bernie Butler not only got right on the calls to get the EXACT truck I wanted from Ohio, but he's getting it transferred in tomorrow! He was a pleasure to work with, and took the extra time to find the same vehicle I supposedly "custom ordered" at Butler. I highly recommend Ed Martin to anyone buying any car. Their staff is very helpful and will go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. A++ all 'round. I literally can't express how amazed I am at how much the entire staff helped me. Business major analysis: this is a friendly and happy workplace. Employees are happy, and that makes customers happy. Great management strategy. Great business relationships. Just great all round!!! I found the dealership peaceful and pleasant. The restroom was well appointed. The waiting room had coffee and snacks. I was VERY pleased with my first experience buying a car from Ed Martin Acura. Randy Stahl took care of the price negotiation via email in advance of my visit (as I'd requested) and was very attentive and h from Ed Martin Acura. Randy Stahl took care of the price negotiation via email in advance of my visit (as I'd requested) and was very attentive and helpful when I arrived at the dealership; definitely no sales pressure from him while we checked the car features (at length!) and asked lots of questions. Bob, the business manager, had us in & out of the paperwork process quicker than any other car buying experience in my memory; he was super-nice and did not press us regarding the add-on warranties, etc. Overall, it was a smooth process and we got the price we wanted! They honored their good quote and there was no hassle at all. (Contrast that with Hubler Acura, located near our house -- they told us their price would be "roughly MSRP" on our selected car because the model was new, and they wouldn't even give us a definite quote or valuation on our trade-in; instead said we should come back on another day. We finalized a deal with Ed Martin hours later.) More
