She was informative, friendly, helpful, responsive, attentive, and really trustworthy throughout the entire process of my buying my awesome car, which was important to me as an out of state buyer who was conducting business long distance over the phone over several days in which a family member of mine had a serious medical emergency. Karen was so patient and friendly and had such a trust-inspiring manner about her that not only did I buy the car sight unseen, but I drove five hours to pay for it and pick it up.
