Scheduled my appointment on-line 2 weeks in advance. I got multiple e-mails and text messages reminding me of my appointment. When I arrived they didn't have any information and said they were busy and wo got multiple e-mails and text messages reminding me of my appointment. When I arrived they didn't have any information and said they were busy and would try to get me in. Said the information is supposed to transfer over but didn't. Got a call a few hours later saying they couldn't work on my truck today because they didn't have any tech's available. What a joke! What good is having an on-line scheduler if it doesn't work. I'll be going back to Young Ford for all service where I've always been treated great. More
