Scheduled my appointment on-line 2 weeks in advance. I got multiple e-mails and text messages reminding me of my appointment. When I arrived they didn't have any information and said they were busy and wo got multiple e-mails and text messages reminding me of my appointment. When I arrived they didn't have any information and said they were busy and would try to get me in. Said the information is supposed to transfer over but didn't. Got a call a few hours later saying they couldn't work on my truck today because they didn't have any tech's available. What a joke! What good is having an on-line scheduler if it doesn't work. I'll be going back to Young Ford for all service where I've always been treated great. More

I have worked with Paul Moon at Ed Kenley over the years and he has always been great. I called and ask him to look for a used clean truck for me and let me know when he had one. He did that and what he fou and he has always been great. I called and ask him to look for a used clean truck for me and let me know when he had one. He did that and what he found was exceptional when it came in to the dealer. My experience was simple, pleasant, and no stress. The person who wrote up the paper work was also great.
