This pass 5 months nissan in corpus christi never seems to amaze me with the bull i haven't had my pathfinder 6 months yet and the battery went out when purchased it had 37,093 miles at 40,000 i went to ha to amaze me with the bull i haven't had my pathfinder 6 months yet and the battery went out when purchased it had 37,093 miles at 40,000 i went to have the oil change the person there said we needed a battery so i went to the dealer and talk to anthony he said no the battery is good that the service dept just wanted to make a sale taking his word we left we bought the car in November and this was 3 months later now my suv have 44,000 miles on it so now its 5 months and on Saturday may 8 am stuck at a store waiting and hoping that someone would pass by and start my car since everyone is in my car well jesus answers all prayers got the suv going didnt get to go houston for mother's day here we are monday may 10 call roadside to start the car its going to be a hour before someone gets where i live jumps the car for me go to nissan service dept tell them what happen and its the battery they come back tells me the same thing and that it will cost me 172.99 am asking why are you asking me to pay for a battery when you was told about it from your service dept months ago spoke to the manger he says battery can start today and go out 2 days later it wasnt anthony so then anthony comes and say will meet you half way but am still asking if your car is certified should your battery be new when you sale a car what did you certified a Not battery and ben came and told me that the battery have never been change its the original battery so can someone tell me what do nissan certified means when they sale a vehicle that say certified i want to know i am very disappointed also next complaint came in on a Saturday 3 weeks ago my ac was blowing hot the guy that sits on the side of ben came to the vehicle felt the ac and didnt write nothing down just made an appt when we arrive the ac was blowing cold air in which i told them if it start cold in the morning you are good to go if it blows hot air it will be all days needless to say when i came in a week later for my appt my ac was blowing cold air they didnt check it out because they didn't have a suv for me and told me when they get one in for me to use they would call me well its been a month guess what am still waiting on that call thank god it only have did it once since i been waiting on that call. So this is how a loyal customer is treated the reason i say loyal because we have purchased 3 nissan here and my daughter have purchased 3 here i will be thinking real hard about my next purchase what it may be or where. More

And as far as management. Well I can only say that they really went the extra mile and my word and my handshake meant something. To me that says they care. You can't beat a family owned company and I'll be going back every time I need a vehicle. More
Ricardo Perez exceeds the title of salesman.. He made me and my wife feel welcome and important and to my wife that's the most important thing. Bad service and customer loyalty Took vehicle in for new transmission ($5000) and the vehicle came out with a totally new problem. The strut was damaged and popping real bad. I took it back and they blamed an old dent on oil pan, which made no since. They refused to take any blame for it even though they know ot wasn't a problem before. So i am out another $500 after buying 2 cars from them in the last 4 years and a $5000 transmission job. Needless to say I'm never going back! More

He has an easy-going personality and we did not feel pressured at all, which is our style. He called us with a sales price and payment amount, and that it what we paid without having to go through all the back-and-forth that has made vehicle buying such torture in the past.
