As a woman going to look at a car is alway very intimidating, but when I drove on to Ed Bozarth Chevrolet's Car Lot I was approached by Jean. Afterwards Jean went through all the bells and whistles of the car with me and then called me a few days later to see if I had any questions. My silverado pickup now makes a transmission noise that is not normal, and is apparently due to defective materials/workmanship.
