We were looking for a pickup and stopped by to see if there was anything we would be interested in. We found one and Jere was very helpful. Out of all 4 or 5 dealerships I visited in the aurora area this was by far the worst experience through this ordeal.I was lied to there were misleading lies told by all that I had to deal with I was told area this was by far the worst experience through this ordeal.I was lied to there were misleading lies told by all that I had to deal with I was told buy the used car manager that he would not sell me a car with hail damage because I could not get it insured then he said I could not get it financed but he purches a 4x4 from another dealer with trani issues and had one of used car sales men call me and offer me the car....oh also I told three people what my name was and still got called by another name this is the nightmare we all try to avoid this is by far the dealship that has not kept up with the times no smiles not turstworthy and glad no deal was made if you deal with ed bozarth beware. Our experience was truly a pleasure. We met David last June and when we were ready to buy in end of Sept. he was very helpful and was not high pressure. I shopped for about six mths.and every once in a while Mr.Lopez would phone me just to tell me about a vehicle i might be interested in.In August 2011 i was ready to buy.Mr. Lopez knew my taste and provided several vehicles to choose from.He showed me the cars on the lot and simply walked away to tend to outher customers,if i wanted to test drive one all i had to do was ask.I never felt pushed,aggervated,or even stressed.I was treated as if all the decisions were mine and mine alone. In the past i have left several dealerships upset,aggervated,and a bit disgusted from the overall experience. I and my father-in-law came to you looking for a vehicle that was an all wheel drive and the seats would all make down into a bed so he coul Brokaw. You took the time to give us a ride in the vehicle that was selected, and after purchase, took your own day off time to deliver the vehicle to Denver, where he lives, and drove his trade-in back to Grand Junction. That is service beyond what we expected. The 2010 Chev. Traverse will be very nice for him and good in the mountains during snow and icy conditions and that makes him feel safe and secure.
