I'm honestly amazed this dealership is still in business, I bought a C3 Corvette from this place back in the mid 90's and the entire experience was a nightmare. I was pulled over less than a quarter mile from the dealership because the officer 'didn't see the temp tag' and immediately had an issue because apparently it had been a stolen car at some point and the VIN hadn't been cleared or something so my first two hours of ownership were spent admiring my car from the back of a police cruiser. We had issues titling it, it failed inspection for about a dozen reasons and I unloaded it before the temp tag expired... My wife and I still make jokes about that dealership, the clearly garbage cars they had in their inventory and how I should have used that $7k+ I wasted there as a down payment on the brand new 240sx that replaced it. Young and dumb, you live and learn... More
Run, do not stop. This dealership does NOT care. Sold us a car with an open recall, a hole in the bumper that was not disclosed until after we bought it . hole was covered w/sticker. when we asked to rem us a car with an open recall, a hole in the bumper that was not disclosed until after we bought it . hole was covered w/sticker. when we asked to remove it, they laughed and said its covering hole. Worst of all, they told us the brakes were fine and car was checked out by mechanic. After 1 week and 2 mechanics later, CAR NEEDED BRAKES.!!!!! I should have known we were in trouble, when we pulled out of lot on way home, BOTH sun visors fell down and onto our laps, More
STEER COMPLETELY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!! Initially we thought the sales guy was pretty nice. He sold us a truck he knew wouldn't pass inspection. Didn't inform us it had PA sticker and needed Initially we thought the sales guy was pretty nice. He sold us a truck he knew wouldn't pass inspection. Didn't inform us it had PA sticker and needed to be inspected in NJ within 15 days of purchase. He should have given us a card and informed us. Check engine light was on and he told us he made the repair and the light went off. He didn't make the repair, and the light didn't come back on for a while. Unfortunately it was after the 30 day guarantee. Now we are stuck with a truck that we can't use, yet still have to pay for. BUYER BEWARE! Do your research, check the inspection sticker!!! More
Worst Place Ever I purchased a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them not even 4 months ago. I have had nothing but issues. One towe bill after another. Chris is rude and I purchased a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them not even 4 months ago. I have had nothing but issues. One towe bill after another. Chris is rude and cares nothing about human compassion. He only cares about money. They will lie upfront and say you can pay so much for a down payment and then call you two days later claiming another story. This place is horrible!!! More

Bought a used Dodge Dakota, 1999, so we expected some work would need to be done. Well, been in shop more than on road in 2 months since we got it. Spent $1400 on normal stuff (battery/exhaust) as expec work would need to be done. Well, been in shop more than on road in 2 months since we got it. Spent $1400 on normal stuff (battery/exhaust) as expected but did not count on the other stuff such as Computer, brake lines that were leaking, engine light, brake light (still coming on after brake lines replaced)........now the mechanic (who is very good) has discovered the cab mounts are rotted. Has to go to body shop for this repair. Old computer was erased so someone knew about issues. Yeah, the price was OK at 4500, but did not add in the extra 3,000 it will cost or more. Sent emails with no response. Extremely unhappy, besides the fact they sold a truck leaking brake fluid to a 17 year old! That light came on before we got home. NEVER would recommend. More

I was inquiring as to what the company policy was to have a vehicle I was interested in purchasing, get thoroughly inspected by my mechaninc before I signed papers and purchased the vehicle. His response was unsettling.... He said he was the only salesman on the lot of over 200 cars... How is that? What happens when he has 4-5 customer's come in on the weekend? Surely he can't properly look after everyone by himself. So him being the only salesman he could not leave the lot to go with the vehicle to have it inspected by a local mechanic for a couple of hours or so. Their insurance policy doesn't allow for any vehicle to leave the lot w/o the salesman accompanying the vehicle. This goes for test drives as well!!! They just don't have proper insurance coverage. He said my mechanic was welcome to come to his lot to look over the vehicle... Can you imagine how much that would cost me? That would be like a Dr. making a House Call. Expensive... Not to mention that once there, the mechanic wouldn't have the facilities available to them to put the car up on a lift to look over the undercarriage(suspension, exhaust, drivetran, etc.) Since it's my firm belief to never buy a vehicle without having it thoroughly inspected by a licensed mechanic, I can not recommend buying any vehicle off of their lot. You wouldn't buy a house without an approved inspection would you? The same applies here. Stay away from this dealership. There surely will be hidden repair costs. Almost all of their vehicles have "As Is-No Warrenty" stickers in the windows. However, Bob will surely sell you a warrenty for an extra $50 or $100 dollars. Best Regards, -Mike More
rude salesman never introduced himself. seemed to not know his inventory. refused to remove a giant window sticker during a test drive and said it was a federal law and it had to stay on, it covered half know his inventory. refused to remove a giant window sticker during a test drive and said it was a federal law and it had to stay on, it covered half of the windshield. car died a mile down the road and had to be towed back to lot. tow truck driver was very nice but salesman was very rude and should read a law book after insisting it is a federal law to drive a car with a giant sticker on the windshield, his concern should be safety while driving and being able to see out of the windshield not a consumer law about a window sticker. he was cocky , rude and not knowledgeable at all. stay away.
