A case was opened and a full review was requested of Honda corporate, only for Honda corporate to say they must abide by the decision of Economy Honda. Very disappointed that corporate Honda chose to only listen to Economy Honda and NOT listen to the customer's ongoing situation; very poor customer service with actual facts never fully addressed by Economy Honda nor Corporate Honda. EXCELLENT SERVICE - EVERY TIME Two days ago I went to Economy Honda to purchase a headlight bulbs. I purchased bulbs at parts department (replaced both bulbs). Stephen Howard replac Two days ago I went to Economy Honda to purchase a headlight bulbs. I purchased bulbs at parts department (replaced both bulbs). Stephen Howard replaced both bulbs in less than 10 minutes. They were very busy but he took time to install the bulbs. While I was waiting, both Denny Elder and Retchie Lopez took the time to come up to me and say hello and to make sure that I was being taken care of. I truly appreciate this. I have written several reviews for this dealership. I do so because they provide outstanding service. Today, I took vehicle for an oil change. Stephen Howard asked if I was going to wait on vehicle and I told him I was going to walk to the Waffle House a few blocks away. He found someone to drive me to Waffle House (Denny Elder). I can't tell you how much I appreciate the service that I am ALWAYS provided by Economy Honda. We have been purchasing cars from Economy Honda since 1994. There is a reason we do so - CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU ! More

Typical Great and Trustworthy Service On 13June16 my daughters vehicle had the tire issue light on. I had her take it to Economy Honda to let them look at problem. Our service rep was Retc On 13June16 my daughters vehicle had the tire issue light on. I had her take it to Economy Honda to let them look at problem. Our service rep was Retchie Lopez. He was very helpful. In fact, we left vehicle with him and when we returned he informed us that the only issue was an over inflated tire. We were charged NOTHING for the service. I know of other dealerships that would find a way to charge some sort of fee or charge you for an unrequired service. Again, Economy Honda is the only dealership where I have had this type of service. More
