Untrustworthy Staff I went here about a year ago, and decided never to return. My boyfriend suggested I go to a Honda dealer, since my car was still under warranty or so I went here about a year ago, and decided never to return. A case was opened and a full review was requested of Honda corporate, only for Honda corporate to say they must abide by the decision of Economy Honda. Very disappointed that corporate Honda chose to only listen to Economy Honda and NOT listen to the customer's ongoing situation; very poor customer service with actual facts never fully addressed by Economy Honda nor Corporate Honda. EXCELLENT SERVICE - EVERY TIME Two days ago I went to Economy Honda to purchase a headlight bulbs. I purchased bulbs at parts department (replaced both bulbs). Stephen Howard replac Two days ago I went to Economy Honda to purchase a headlight bulbs. I purchased bulbs at parts department (replaced both bulbs). Stephen Howard replaced both bulbs in less than 10 minutes. They were very busy but he took time to install the bulbs. While I was waiting, both Denny Elder and Retchie Lopez took the time to come up to me and say hello and to make sure that I was being taken care of. I truly appreciate this. I have written several reviews for this dealership. I do so because they provide outstanding service. Today, I took vehicle for an oil change. Stephen Howard asked if I was going to wait on vehicle and I told him I was going to walk to the Waffle House a few blocks away. He found someone to drive me to Waffle House (Denny Elder). I can't tell you how much I appreciate the service that I am ALWAYS provided by Economy Honda. We have been purchasing cars from Economy Honda since 1994. There is a reason we do so - CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU ! More
