A case was opened and a full review was requested of Honda corporate, only for Honda corporate to say they must abide by the decision of Economy Honda. Very disappointed that corporate Honda chose to only listen to Economy Honda and NOT listen to the customer's ongoing situation; very poor customer service with actual facts never fully addressed by Economy Honda nor Corporate Honda. Be careful! More

Great Customer Service I had looked at another dealership. My salesman at Economy knew his stuff! Thanks Greg! Not only did they have a lower price for the exact same car b I had looked at another dealership. My salesman at Economy knew his stuff! Thanks Greg! Not only did they have a lower price for the exact same car but they also gave me about $500 more on the trade in than the other dealer. We didnt get there until 6:15 but.... everyone stayed (which was like 10:15) until the transaction was complete. BTW they close at 8! Nacho made getting the coverages that we both needed and wanted easy! All I can say is this was the easier car buying experience I ever had with great people. THANK YOU ALL! More

Awesome We were looking to trade our vehicle and replace it . Had been looking on Friday and was dreading going again on Saturday. We had been a couple of other places and just had't found what we were looking for or couldn't deal with the dealership! Went to Economy Honda and a nice guy by the name of Matt greeted us. I explained right off that we were not going to be there all day and we did not want the run around and Matt didn't keep us there all day and didn't give us the run around. We left happy with the trade in value, the price of the vehicle we purchased, and the overall way Economy Honda treated us. My husband had bought 2 other vehicles from these folks before and we will probably go back to the the next time. More

Amazing experience Dealt with Pamela Hartline and she is wonderful. We were dealing with replacing a totaled vehicle, another Honda, and knew we wanted to replace a Hon Dealt with Pamela Hartline and she is wonderful. We were in the middle of dealing with the insurance claim and had actually gone just to look and get an idea of what we wanted next when we came across an excellent deal on a vehicle that met every bullet point on our "To Have" list. Needless to say, we did not want it to slip through our hands and Pamela spent the entire afternoon with us while we tried to figure it all out. She never once gave us the impression that this was an inconvenience or made us feel it was wasting her time while we worked through the details. When the time comes for another vehicle, this is where I will go. More
