Great experience #1 customer service =returning customer Working in customer service myself, I for one pick up on key points when I go anywhere including a dealership what a person expects. I was pleasantly surprised that going on Sunday (thinking I can just browse) not really expecting to drive all the way back to Connecticut with a different vehicle other than the one I drove up in. Craig Martin came over to introduce himself and to see if I had any questions. Of course being female I have a million. Craig was very professional, courteous, and personable. Answered my million questions. Roughly about two hours later I was driving back to CT with my new vehicle. A few days later I had a season driver (Roger) drive all the way to UConn where I work to finish the necessary paperwork to finish the deal. I am very grateful to this service and yes it was that EASY!!! This past weekend my husband called for some minor servicing and was fit right in fixed the issue and sent on my way. Had such a great experience that we will purchase our next vehicle with Berlin City Auto Group. Next time it will be a truck for my husband. More
