Finding the right car and buying it was easy. Working with Claude Ladd was easy and pleasant. We found a truck in about 30 minutes and handled almost everything via e-mail (great!). Waiting a few extra days so the Dealership could try to sell me the Loan and Extended Warratnies (when I already had a loan at a great rate and didn't want the extensions), was mildly irritating, but not terribly so. Everyone was professional about it. The one true negative was that you required me to schedule a specific time Saturday morning to pick up the truck, but you weren't ready when I got there. The actual sale/paperwork only took about 10 minutes, then I had to sit there for over an hour while the Service people did the Inspection. Claude had to check on them twice, His pleasant conversation was the only thing keeping me from noticing how really long it took, and it shouldn't have occurred at all. You would have gotten 5 stars... More
