After test driving and agreeing to pay full advertised online "cash price", we were told it would be an addition $1,000 because the car was not being financed. When I complained about false advertising, online "cash price", we were told it would be an addition $1,000 because the car was not being financed. When I complained about false advertising, the manager agreed to drop the $1,000 but then wanted an extra $669 for the options listed in the car and $200 for the keys! I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission on their false and misleading practices. Dominic the salesperson was pleasant and tried his best, but his manager was untruthful and obstinate. Intentionally misleading customers is the last thing dealerships want to be known for. Be warned before you go in there and waste your time. More
