I was there to buy a used truck. I don't know who Chad Crane is. Allen was great. Dealership has a serious sign problem. No signs saying EcoDrive. Nothing saying former Berlin City. I spent twenty minutes trying to find you after driving an hour to get to Gorham. I rated Financing Dept. as poor because the first gentleman who was going to go through purchasing paperwork with me included bumper to bumper warranty without discussing it with me. The dealership is fortunate I did not leave. It is very disrespectful to a woman to assume she is going to buy things without mentioning them first. The paperwork was then handled by Griffin who was fine. Building was clean and welcoming. Also a buyer should not have to repeat their SSN verbally in an area where others can hear. Have the sales person pass them a piece of paper and then rip it up when not needed. Process could have been smoother. A bit cheap to just fill the tank half full on leaving with vehicle. More

The personnel at the Service Center showed concern for my problem. They explained things that were done to repair my vehicle and I left the dealership knowing that the problem had been resolved.
