Great service and really like how well the service advisor was helpful. My original appointment didnt go through on the website and she was still able to get me see that day because I live close to a advisor was helpful. They were able to diagnose my issue and get the blower motor replaced that was binding causing a burning smell. I had brought it to 3 other dealers and they all said it was find before that. My truck went in for an 8-hour repair to replace 2 gaskets and was returned to me 8 weeks later with so much damage that it was undriveable. I had been lied to for weeks about the damage the mechanics did to my engine when they lifted the engine to replace the oil pan gasket. My truck was not properly reassembled, it was missing pieces, and cables and hoses were not attached properly resulting in transmission failure. They offered to buy the truck, but the offer was no better than that I received from another dealer as a trade. I am now out of pocket almost $50,000 having to replace a truck that I have made significant repairs to in the last year and had no intention of selling. More

The out the door price of the used car we were purchasing was $15,206, but the salesman agreed to lower the price to $15,000 and we agreed to purchase the vehicle. Since we were paying cash for the car we needed 2 days to have the funds transferred from our savings to our checking. However, because Capital One was having an issue with their on-line transfers, it took us an additional 5 days before we could pay for and pick up the car. When we arrived to get the car, the salesman informed us the price would now be the original $15,206 because it took us an additional 5 days to pay for and pick it up. No other dealership I have spoken to has ever heard of such a policy. This was outrageous ! We ended up telling him to keep the car and went down the street to nucar and bought a car there. I would not recommend Berlin City Chevy nor will I ever shop there again. More

I had been given a walk out the door price that turned out to be about over a $1000 more when I was doing the paper work with the finance guy. The salesman David Tetreault told me that the price he was giving me included all the fees that the dealership charged. I could have bought this same car with same milage at The Noyes dealership in Colebrook for $100 less but I drove over an hour away to Berlin City Ford thinking it was worth the trip for a $1000+ savings. I will never buy a car from this dealership again ans recomend that you don't either. More
