If they had negative stars i would have chosen that. Dropped my car off in perfect working order for an oil change, wiperblades and a few recalls . After a week of them not being able to figure out what happened i got a 3000$ repair bill… seeing how one of the recalls involved the electrical system i refused to pay. Again there was nothing wrong when I dropped it off. The next day they tell me their parts employee took the dash cluster apart and cleaned it and now its working fine. I spoke with the gm jeff eckert to let him know what i was dealing with and i was treated horribly, couldnt listen to me for five minutes. Very unprofessional. After taking the car, the next day it goes out again 40 miles from home. I took it to christian brothers automotive and in one day they figure out the problem and also find that eckert didnt even tighten my drain plug from the oil change . What a joke of a service department. Under no circumstances should anyone ever go here for service or to purchase a car. More

Eckert Hyundai damaged my steering wheel, lost one of my lock nuts, and PREFORMED SERVICE ON MY VEHICLE I DID NOT APPROVE (which was a tire not covered under my plan). I made an appointment informing them I lock nuts, and PREFORMED SERVICE ON MY VEHICLE I DID NOT APPROVE (which was a tire not covered under my plan). I made an appointment informing them I would be having work done under the wheels and tire package they sold me. After I picked up my vehicle they tried to offer me new lock nuts for $240 and charge me for a tire I didn’t ask for. Disappointed in how they handled a bad situation. Only reconciliation offered was to have them undo the work on my vehicle for no charge and replace my lock nut. Spent 4 hours to have 2 tires replaced and then they want me to spend another 4 hours undoing their work and still have a damaged steering wheel. This will be my last visit. I bought my Elantra from them but will be purchasing my vehicles else where in the future. More
Incompetent and dishonest to say the least - they will offer to bribe you do take your truthful reviews down and not follow through. In addition to the recall, I have taken it to them two additional times to get them to fix what they damaged when they were performing the service campaign. The last visit they wanted me to pay for some phony repair that they claim is a "coincidence", all to fix their mistake. The service manager Dylan Hulme refuses to make it right for the customer. I would give this place MINUS 5 stars if I could. More
Eckert has provided me with the absolutely worst service I've ever experienced. I bought a Genesis there. The purchase was fine, but they are incapable of providing high-end service. Spent $700+ to get the gas tank fixed, and conveniently when the car was picked up it started dying randomly, which it had never done before. After bringing it back, they said they werent the reason and we when the car was picked up it started dying randomly, which it had never done before. After bringing it back, they said they werent the reason and we apparently put bad gas in it coencidentaly literaly less than a mile from the dealership. They didn't acctually test the gas, for that would of cost us money. When I called to speak to Mark Eckert himself, he actually hung up the phone on me. Then when I went up there to talk to him, he "stepped out". When explaining my frustration to the Service Center guy, another employee actually laughed at me, and they refused to help. If you buy a car or get it serviced anywhere, I strongly recommend it not be here More
