We purchased a vehicle in October 2019. At first we thought everything was great. We were highly pressured into purchasing the Permaplate Appearance and Dent protection. We originally declined but ke thought everything was great. We were highly pressured into purchasing the Permaplate Appearance and Dent protection. We originally declined but kept being pressured and were told that it pays for itself the first time you get your car scratched by a shopping cart in a parking lot. Fast forward several months....someone ran a shopping cart down the driver's side of our car while in a parking lot. I called Permaplate to make a claim to have it fixed and was told that was not covered. I explained that the EchoPark sales rep at the Thornton store specifically sold us the policy saying that type of damage was covered. The Permaplate rep apologized, but basically said we were lied to and they could do nothing to help. I've been in contact with EchoPark corporate to no avail. DO NOT PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND DO NOT BACK UP THEIR WORD. All we asked was to refund the money we spent on the warranty as it was sold to us under false pretenses. Save yourself trouble and go elsewhere....if they will lie about this, they will lie about anything. Very disappointed. More

We purchased a vehicle and bought the warranty packages which were a complete scam!!! They looted about what was covered which was actually nothing and told us they were refundable but are now a few weeks which were a complete scam!!! Overall I am pleased with the buying experience at Echo Park. However, they talked me into buying the interior and exterior “Permaplate” protection package at roughly $1,000. First I was told it would take 45 days to get into the system. When I did submit a claim on August 31 I got an email saying I would be contacted in 3-4 days. It took 8 days. The email said I would be contacted in 2-3 days to schedule an appointment. It has been 7 days and no contact. Very disappointed! If I were to do it again I wouldn’t get either the interior or exterior protection plans. More
The service after the sell,one day later is terrible. My display on the 2018 Ram Big Horn was not working properly. I took my truck back to Echo Park on Saturday 2 days after the sale. The service people left at 4. While talking to an Echo Park associate I was informed that once I buy it's mine along with the issues I was having. When asking for the service department phone number I was told it's on page 1 of my paper work. For what ever reason the associate would not give me the phone number or business card. I was planning on going on a trip with my new truck on Monday 4 days after I bought it. I went to Echo Park 2 days after the sell to see if they could do something since I was going on a trip the following Monday. They were unwilling to do anything. I felt like it's not there issue any more it's mine. They could not even give me the service department phone number. I am writing this review because I was sent an email asking me to do a review. It also give me an option to call. I called.I wanted them to have a chance to do something. After spending over an hour trying to talk to someone I gave up and decided to do this review. This is the reason I would give them the lowest rating possible. After all I spent over 37k and received NO support after the sell. Even 2 days later when I went back. The sales lady was grest. Super pleased. Unfortunately Echo Park let her down by providing a poor inspection before the sale and no service AFTER the sale. I do hold out hope that they would make it right. After all that display is an important part of the trucks interior and right now it sucks. The display restarts on it's own, freezes up,radio stays on after turning truck off and opening the door and a nice BLUE screen. More
