The gentleman who helped us was with us on and off throughout the day. I wound up purchasing the perfect truck for myself and he was extremely kind and easy to work with. However, he seemed to be pu throughout the day. I wound up purchasing the perfect truck for myself and he was extremely kind and easy to work with. However, he seemed to be pulled in a lot of different directions and when I asked him to make sure that I was financed through a specific company (he wrote it down in his notes) I found out that he hadn't listened to my request and they financed me through someone else. It would have been ok with me if they would have sat me down and told me the reason they went with the other company (maybe a better finance rate?). But no one ever came out to discuss that with me. Also, he said to me "we normally get people in and out of here" which kind of made me feel like I was just a number even though I believe that he meant it's normally an easier process. Then when it came time for me to leave the lot and take the car home, he said that he was going to go and get gas. When he came back, he told me that there was a little over a half tank now. I thought that was also a little off since most dealers fill up the tank for you and I assumed that when he went to get the gas that it would be full. To be fair, I am not sure what their policy is regarding the gas. I would definitely go back to them again though in spite of all this. I got a great vehicle and they have a wonderful selection for people to choose from. More

Ashley Chavez was our sales agent. Ashley was patient and answered all of our questions without hesitation. We had an appointment to drive a CRV, and after doing so, we ended up driving a total of (3) vehicl answered all of our questions without hesitation. Once the decision was made, Ashley was able able to get us out of the business in a reasonable amount of time. I believe that I can speak for most people when I say, dealing with car sales agents is not something we look forward to. Ashley represented Echo Park with enthusiasm and professionalism throughout this purchase. She was never pushy and tried hard to put our needs in a vehicle ahead of the sale. Would I recommend Echo Park in the future? Well I got a good deal on the vehicle, and an excellent sales lady. Yes highly recommended. More
