When brought up to their attention, told me I am out of luck they only do 30 day warranty. More
Buyer beware They will say anything to move cars, I was told my Dodge Ram had a certain feature but after purchase I turned out to be a lie. When I told them about They will say anything to move cars, I was told my Dodge Ram had a certain feature but after purchase I turned out to be a lie. When I told them about the issue they offered to sell me a more expensive truck. They are all about the volume and not at all about relationships or service. More
I just purchased my second vehicle from the Thornton Echo Park, and each experience has been fantastic! This time around I worked with Zac, who did a great job from start to finish! There is never any pressu Park, and each experience has been fantastic! This time around I worked with Zac, who did a great job from start to finish! There is never any pressure when shopping here. I have found that their prices always been KBB value on all models I have considered. I choose to add on the extra coverages, although they are always fully explained and I have the ability to say no many times before it came time to sign papers. Overall, always satisfied when doing business with Echo Park, and will continue to give them my business in the future. More

DO NOT buy from this dealership unless you like to be ripped off. Their lower advertised non negotiable prices are very inviting. But if you do make the mistake of buying from them you have no recourse ripped off. Their lower advertised non negotiable prices are very inviting. But if you do make the mistake of buying from them you have no recourse. I bought a truck from them in August that has a bent wheel that I couldn't have noticed in the short 2 block test drive I had a stranger driving behind me take the time to pet me know it looks like my wheel is going to fall off. Then the temperature dropped and I tried putting on the heated seats and they did not work. So I called the Echo park and they didnt answer and have not returned my call. The price is not worth the headaches you end up paying more. More
I first want to point out never worked with Brandi, Dan was phenomenal, 10/10!! I was not as pleased with the f&I managers, however. They were very clearly not looking out for my best interest and only loo was phenomenal, 10/10!! I was not as pleased with the f&I managers, however. Don't come here. Interested in purchasing add-ons like maybe, a roof rack or rainguards or floor mats, etc.? Don't come here. Have a question for the manager and request that he calls you when he makes it into work? Don't come here. Interested in taking the car in question to a mechanic to check it out before you buy that car? Don't come here. Bottom line: Don't come here to buy a car from EchoPark Automotive. They mislead the Kelly Blue Book price comparison and quite frankly, do not care about your business. More
Rude & condescending salesman My wife and I recently bought a 2018 mazda cx-9 from Echopark Thornton. The vehicle is overall fantastic and was well priced. Before we even went to t My wife and I recently bought a 2018 mazda cx-9 from Echopark Thornton. The vehicle is overall fantastic and was well priced. Before we even went to the dealership, my wife applied for financing. The financing process was fast and simple and we were preapproved within minutes. My wife spoke with Travis to get preapproved and he was awesome. He answered all her questions and was very attentive to our needs. We also explained to him we had a trade in, but would not be able to fully surrender the vehicle as it had my wife's hand controls still installed. Travis was very understanding and explained we would be able to hold on to our trade for a couple days in order to get the hand controls uninstalled. When we got to the dealership, we were greeted by Leonard who was to be our salesman throughout the process. We explained to him our price range and what vehicle we came to see. We explained to him what we would like our monthly payment to be and he immediately explained to us that we were too unfamiliar with how financing worked. We explained that we were already preapproved and my wife works in financing so we were well aware of how it worked. This put a bad taste in my mouth, but we were excited about getting a new vehicle so we shrugged it off. After looking at a couple vehicles we decided to purchase one and this is when the experience began to go downhill. When we first started talking with Leonard we explained to him multiple times that our payments had to be below $400 a month. When he brought us paperwork, it showed our payment above $400. Leonard explained this included an extended warranty. My wife told him we werent interested in the extended warranty, but he kept at it. He said he worked at another warranty company and that this warranty was the best in the business which didn't matter to us. My wife kept explaining she didnt want it, but he didn't seem to care what she wanted. After about 5-10 minutes of my wife telling Leonard no, he looked at her and said "Do you not understand how this works?" This really upset us as we were trying to do business there and he was very rude and inconsiderate. My wife told him that she did in fact understand how it worked, but still wasnt interested. He still didn't take no as an answer and tried to push me into it, which I would not budge. This extended warranty conversation lasted 10-15 minutes before he finally gave up and went back to financing to get us a new term sheet. When he came back he had attitude towards us and didnt seem like he cared about anything we said or asked. He wouldnt let my wife read the forms that she was signing and had a rude tone as he explained what they were. He wouldnt make eye contact and just seemed to want this deal to be over with. When we left, we couldn't believe how rude Leonard was. I understand that you price vehicles below blue book in order to make the warranty more enticing. I also understand that warranty sales is a main focus of your business, but I have never seen such disrespect and rudeness towards my wife and myself before. I get that my wife and I look young, but that is no reason to talk down to us. After this experience, I am not sure I want to buy another car from here or even recommend this dealership to friends and family. Management needs to retrain their salesman on how to be polite and attentive rather than rude and dismissive because he didn't get his way. I would love to emphasize that Travis was fantastic and I wish he could of been our salesman throughout this process. He is the only reason I am giving this a 3 star review. He should be recognized for going above and beyond for us More
TERRIBLE I wasn't going to leave a review, but I am determined to leave one on every platform possible after the terrible experience I had with them continued I wasn't going to leave a review, but I am determined to leave one on every platform possible after the terrible experience I had with them continued 2 weeks after buying the vehicle. I worked with Chris at the Thornton location- what a joke. He added in 2k(plus interest) of dealership add-on's that I did not agree to, which of course reflected a much a higher payment than I was comfortable with, so I settled for a cheaper vehicle before I realized he added on those warranties. I waited for 45 minutes for him to put the paperwork together, had to constantly ask what I was signing, and then got attitude when I realized what I was paying for because I made him redo all the paperwork without the add-on's. Chris, if you would have been honest and not tried to take advantage of a young woman car shopping by herself- you could have made a much better sale on the original vehicle I came in to see. Nothing was explained to me, I was told I couldn't leave with the vehicle until my co-signer in another state signed off on my previous loan. I was promised it would be over night shipped and I could have the vehicle in 3 days. 3 days pass, the paper work hadn't even been sent out yet. Now here we are 15 days later- the pay off was never sent for my previous vehicle so I had to make that car payment on a vehicle I don't even have. This was honestly the worst experience ever and I am sooo upset they made money off of me. More
Bad customer service and cars They don't know their cars and could not manage to jump start a car I had driven 60 miles to look at. They treated me with distain when I complained, never apologized for wasting my time. It may have been an instance of bait and switch. Such a big place nobody takes responsibility. People on phone are at a call center in different state and will bug you constantly but not get the car prepared for test driving. Go to a real dealer. More
