I heard about Echopark from a friend who had recently purchased a vehicle there. My previous experience purchasing vehicle was never very pleasant, and always seemed to result in stress and pressure. Chris was very nice, and made my experience a pleasant one and I was able to go through the process without experiencing any problems I had in the past. Financing was quick and easy, and we did not feel pressure at any step of the way to purchase a vehicle. I was quite skeptical viewing a vehicle on line and then having the same opinion when visiting in person. The process of having to make an appointment was understandable considering these times we live in t having the same opinion when visiting in person. Buying a new car tends to be stressful. Not this time! We couldn't have had a more positive experience. Excellent selection, prices, service and,finally, purchase. The only complaint is the lousy cleaning/detailing the vehicle maintenance dept. did when I purchased it. They touched up the small chips all over the car and didn’t use matching paint so you can see every single one more than if they had just left it chipped.
