This was by far the best car buying experience ever! In these days of everything being by appointment, we didn't have one, but were still treated wonderfully. Even though she had multiple customers she was helping, all at the same time, we never felt neglected or forgotten. The actual process getting the deal done once we had waited our turn to be seen and taking the test drive, only took about an hour. Next time we buy a car, it will be from Echo Park. I can only hope Kelly is still there! More
