Would not recommend. We bought a car for my daughter to go to college and 3 days after buying the check engine light came on. Jared was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable - all things we appreciated when evaluating multiple vehicles at Echo Park. We chose to look shop here due to the amount of available vehicles - we were able to test drive multiple makes and models which was a great benefit to only have to visit one place to do so. The no-haggle approach on the price of the vehicles is huge - you can do your research ahead of time, view a ton of pictures and info on the Echo Park website, and come in prepared to test drive and possibly purchase. Visiting on a Saturday it was very busy, and each sales associate had multiple people they were helping. Regardless of that, Jared did his best to balance our test drives, get answers to our questions, and get all the paperwork done. It was a pleasure dealing with him! More
