Celest was a fantastic salesman who was patient and very explanatory. He stayed late both nights we were up here to make sure we got the car that best suited us. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was greeted, presented the options that I was looking for and not pressured into making my decision quickly. Elijah was great and patient. Jonathan Kinum was my sales specialist and was very personable, patient, and customer-centered. Other staff experiences I had were considerate, such as with financing specialists, who kindly answered q personable, patient, and customer-centered. Other staff experiences I had were considerate, such as with financing specialists, who kindly answered questions I had without making me feel dumb. This was my first experience buying a car and it was great! I had no issues and the process from start to finish was 2 hours long, not all day. I appreciate Jon for staying later than usual to help me with my sale experience! Echo Park is definitely different from other dealers. I love how they have a clean facility and that they are warranty-centered. More
