I will NEVER buy a used car from a typical dealer again! EchoPark was so easy - the price is the price (no haggling/negotiations!) and the car is exactly what you see. They give you the CarFax and all details online (or print them out for you if you prefer) and they'll even print you their 190-point inspection where they checked literally everything and fixed it up. "Salespeople" don't make commission, which completely changes the game. If you want to test drive 50 cars, they help you. If you don't know what make/model/year, they help you. If you have no earthly idea what you want, they'll help you! And your same salesperson stays with you the WHOLE process - even through finance! It was so incredibly nice to work with ONE person and build a relationship, instead of being bounced around. Speaking of one person, Renata is seriously the best "salesperson" I could ask for! She was incredibly patient and knowledgable. I will definitely be recommending her to anyone in the area and looking her up when it's time for me to trade in! Seriously, can't recommend her enough!!! More

Overall good experience. They have late hours, so convenient for people who work and can't get away during the day. Watch out, though, if you plan on buying late in the evening. It took me about 25 minutes on the phone with my bank's customer service to get the late night payment authorized since it was much greater than my everyday debit card limit. More
