Eric greeted us 20 minutes before closing and treated us like we were his first customers of the day. Being a first time customer to Echo Park, Eric explained the difference in their business and why their like we were his first customers of the day. He brought the car around and the car was immaculate for a car with 40K miles. Our test drive took 15 minutes longer cause we got lost due to construction on the road and detours. Considering this is now 30 minutes after closing, Eric still treated us like it was 10am and not 10pm. Then because we didn't have the right type of payment for him that night, we still filled out the paper work and picked up the car the next day. Very easy process and no hassle sales. More

From the very first day that I visited this location I was fortunate enough to be helped by a young man named Ryan Hoffman. He demonstrated friendliness, professionalism and most important patience! I had delays of my very own, but he went above and beyond to assist me and maintainrd patience throughout the process. He aimed to please, and pleased I am! I am not surprised because the whole entire staff was very friendly making sure my experience was a pleasant one!!! Ryan is a primary example of what a Car Salesman (Experience Guide) should be! The goal is to by a car, but rarely do you leave feeling like you’ve acquired a friend! There’s no doubt in my mind that he’s doing exactly what he should be doing! I live in San Antonio and we have a local EchoPark. But I will get in my car and drive to New Braunfels to be helped by him any day.
