This was hands down the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I do feel the prices couldn't be a better, and honestly better than dealership pricing. They will give you more for your trade than yo I've ever had. I do feel the prices couldn't be a better, and honestly better than dealership pricing. They will give you more for your trade than you are likely to get at brand name dealerships so that helps too. Their process is so stream lined. There is no, "let me go talk to my sales advisor." They are not pushy and have smiles whether you buy or not. Geneva was very sweet and professional, also a great person to just chat with during the process. The entire team was wonderful to work with, and a good laugh if you are there later in the afternoon. Would highly recommend if you are in the market for a quality used vehicle. They have a large inventory on site and for a charge based on mileage, they have a larger inventory from their corporate network of dealerships nationwide. This facility is very clean and open. They don't have all these top end cars in the showroom, or commission based sales people trying to just make a sale. They truly are pleasure to work with from test drive and trade in appraisal, to walking out with your new vehicle. More

Let me begin with the experience here at echo park was one to be experienced. I was allowed the ability to walk around and find vehicles I wanted without someone following me and asking me questions. But enough about that, the real treasure is Mr. Tommy. This man is one of a kind. Listened intently to what my “No’s” were and my must haves. Kept me informed every step of the way. And confidently assured me when I may have been worried. He was calm and beyond all else PERSONABLE. Nothing that came out of him struck me as fake or forced on his end. It was just simply Tommy being Tommy. Where as echopark was truly a one of a kind car dealing experience, Tommy is what made me have such amazing feelings towards my time there. Thank you Tommy. More
