I’ve experienced a traditional auto dealership a few times in my life. It was boring, a drag, and basically a waste of time. Not to mention the full day I’d spend there. Everyone was very nice at the dealership. However I would not recommend buying a car from a one price dealership. I was in a tight spot to find a car to replace an old car and went ahead and paid the price. not recommend buying a car from a one price dealership. I was in a tight spot to find a car to replace an old car and went ahead and paid the price. The car had some minor issues mostly cosmetic and I felt the price should be reduced slightly. Everyone politely told me that if I wanted the car that it was the price they were asking and that was it. I felt a little stuck, so I went ahead and purchase the car. I felt I was paying $1,500 too much for the car however in my situation I needed to get a car immediately. I would recommend them if you have no other choice. Their detail department needs to be revamped, the wheels had been hit on curbs and we're not properly repaired, they were grinded down but not re-coated. And that will be expensive to have redone. Also the front had been repainted and the edges were not completed, meaning the edges were rough and will need to be redone before too long. The car I bought a 2019 Impala was from a rental Fleet but appears to have been taken care of Maintenance wise before I got it. I wanted to reiterate that the staff was very nice. More
