Every other car-buying experience left me drained and dreading the process, but this was completely different. I honestly don’t know how Echopark makes money—I got my car below dealer auction price, and they gave me what I expected for my trade-in, factoring in tax savings. Maybe it’s all about volume, like Amazon. Regardless, I hope they stick around because I won’t be going back to traditional dealerships. John was straightforward, and the finance rep was the first I’ve met who didn’t feel like a scam artist. No hours-long upselling—just a quick, honest, professional experience. Thank you, Echopark.
