I had the pleasure of visiting Gene at Driversselect. I must admit that I was very skeptical for awhile. I've heard the advertising on the radio and thought to myself "they are saying that because they're must admit that I was very skeptical for awhile. After talking with my uncle who's our family mechanic he advised me that he would not spend all day in a dealership and said I should go to driversselect.com and it will only take 2 hrs out of my day at the dealership. This was then confirmed by his wife who said "all we had to do was pay and sign papers". I tried it and it was awesome. Gene asked probing questions to get a feel of what I wanted. He gave me choices and catered to my needs. This is a great process and I was overall pleased. Everyone was made me feel comfortable and did not fast talk me. However, I decided to go check out the establishment and vehicle anyway. To my surprise, my experience at Driver's Select was better than my previous experiences with purchasing cars from other dealerships. Kevin was very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest in respect to the vehicle I was interested in. Additionally, he did not pressure me and was really interested in working with me financially to ensure that we were both satisfied with purchase price of the car.
