Great Car Buying Experience Hi, I just purchased a car from Drivers Select a couple of weeks ago and I wanted to take a second to thank my salesman Derek for all his help. He Hi, I just purchased a car from Drivers Select a couple of weeks ago and I wanted to take a second to thank my salesman Derek for all his help. He really went out of his way to make sure I purchased exactly what I want and didn't want me to settle! I'm super indecisive and I know he wanted to snatch his hair bald dealing with me, but he never waivered from exceptional service. When things got kind of hairy with the car that I paid the deposit for was taking extra time to complete whatever service was being done, he contacted me from home (on his day off) to give me a status update on the car. I'm not sure if this is a requirement for the staff, but I was very pleased at the least. Keep this guy around, he knows how to make it happen!!! :) More

Although I was not super stoked about the price of the vehicle, in my opinion, it was priced, JUST A LITTLE over what it was worth, the customer service of Robin Washington, her eagerness to help us find the right vehicle, and get the financing and payments within range was excellent. Everyone that we dealt with in the office seemed to have an upbeat attitude, and seemed to be very knowledgeable. The car drives great. The extended Warranty was a concern of ours, and it turned out to be the same terms as getting one straight from the DEALERSHIP, with the exception that Drivers Select has an option where you can forgo the deductible!!! Robin was excellent in explaining all options, and hunting to find the right vehicle in the right color for us. Thank you Drivers Select, and Robin Washington. More
