I found a car online that I wanted to check out, so before I made the trek to downtown Dallas to check it out I called and spoke to Josh. I asked if the car was there, he checked for me, asked when I would be arriving, and said he would have the car ready to go with a key in hand when I arrived. Sure enough, as soon as I arrived Josh was there with the key in hand ready for me to check the car out and take a test drive. There was no pressure in the experience at all, and the staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. I was very impressed by the entire experience and would definitely recommend this dealership. If you go, you should ask for Josh. He was incredible! More

Gene, asked what type of vehicle I was looking for and I told him. He immediately started on the approval process. during that time my son was sick and hospitalized. Gene was patient and caring. When I was ready I gave him a call. Gene got the approval done. Then asked when did I want to pick up my car. I told him which car I was going to get, but he knew we had talked about another one also.Gene, sent both cars to detail and said no worries you can pick when you get here. I showed up 15 mins til closing time. Gene, and the crew stayed until we had everything done. Gene, is AWESOME!!! I will recommend him to all my friends. Driver select is lucky to have him.
