I quickly contacted Chris via text and the next day I received a phone call from customer service. They just sent a glass company to my job to replace my windshield. Steve in the service department made that happen for me. The only negatives: 1) Window chips (although they were quickly addressed) 2) No window washer fluid in vehicle (this is a small thing, but people/buyers appreciate attention to detail). Overall, I give this place 4 stars. More
