The only regret I have is not having visited Driversselect sooner! I had visited more than 5 dealerships within the last month and none would give me the assistance I required to ensure my need Driversselect sooner! I had visited more than 5 dealerships within the last month and none would give me the assistance I required to ensure my need of purchasing a vehicle was met. They didn't just help me, but were able to give me options! The staff was welcoming and genuine. Throughout the buying process I was in constant contact with the sales rep, which was reassuring to me. Negotiating and haggling can take days along with extended hours sitting at a dealership. We had gone to several different dealarships in the metroplex and all around Ft. Worth and Arlington, with no luck. We then decided to visit Driversselect, after continually hearing about them on the radio advertisements, K104, 94.5 and 105.7 and looking online. WOW,,,what a big change!!! I called the 800 number and David Davis answered. He was very professional and his voice was very welcoming. The way someone answers the phone says alot about who they are and who they work for!! David fits the bill. We arrived at the dealership a few minutes later, he came outside and introduced himself, finished up with his previous customers and began working with us. He made us such a good deal and worked very hard to get us the vehicle we are now driving and happy with!! Thank you David, we love your loyalty and professionalism.
