Driversselect had just received the car and was in the process of detailing and needed to put new tires on the car. I was wanting to test drive the car, so John arranged to have the new tires put on the car that night and I was at the dealership to test drive at 7:20pm! The car was super clean, John answered all my questions and had the "car facts" ready for my review. After contacting my credit union the next morning, I owned the car! I did my research before arriving at the dealership and the car was priced below the national average for the year, model and mileage! I love the car and couldn't have asked for a better buying experience! Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Driversselect. More

I visited the store unaware the business model focuses on spending the least amount of time in the dealership; I had not made an appointment of completed any pre-work to save time. To top everything off, the car I was there to look at wasn't actually available to the public. Driversselect had just received it and it was in the process of being serviced and detailed. All the odds were against me not walking away with my dream car, but I was determined... and John Shaffer made it all happen!! Admittingly, I was one of THOSE customers, making outrageous requests like asking if I could sneak a peak at the car while it was in the middle of maintenance checks... John didn't hesitate to make sure I had the best experience possible and within a couple hours, I was the owner of a beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee! This was my first time buying a car and I have nothing bad to say. The entire staff (especially John) was informative, transparent, and eager to assist - special shoutout to the maintenance men and detail crew who let me check out the vehicle while they were trying to work! "Painless" I spoke with Jeff on a Friday mid-afternoon, and drove off in my new vehicle Saturday evening! I was a little nervous about buying a vehicle again bec I spoke with Jeff on a Friday mid-afternoon, and drove off in my new vehicle Saturday evening! I was a little nervous about buying a vehicle again because my credit isn't perfect, but Jeff worked so diligently with me, and together we worked to get me in an affordable, safe, and reliable vehicle. This car buying process was extremely hassle free which I like. All the details were hashed out prior to me arriving at the dealership. Josh Lopez- from the Finance dept. dropped in and introduced himself. Everyone was really nice. Honestly, this was the least stressful car purchase to date! Most of the process was done before I arrived. Once I got to the dealership, the car I was looking at had been pulled around and was ready for me to test drive. I was pleased with the vehicle and decided to move forward with the purchase. I think I was at Drivers Select for only 2 and a half hours max. The lady that went over the paperwork was friendly, but I wished she would've taken time to thoroughly go over all the documents I was signing. She was pointing out, where to sign, but very hurriedly explained what document was what. To be fair, when I stopped and asked questions, she answered, it just would've been nice if she could've slowed down a bit to provide a summary of what each document said and mentioned the "need to know" info. This is the only step I would say take your time with...know what you are signing and ask questions- just for your own protection. Other than that, everything was great. After signing the paperwork, I was on my way! Lilia provided bags for me to put my things from my trade in. It was super painless. I have some people I am going to refer to Drivers Select ...THIS is what buying a car should be like! More
