Went to traditional dealership a couple days later, just to see, and spent about 3 hours discussing options and dealing with a "tag team" effect between sales rep and finance mgr. I left there confirmed that I needed to follow up with Mike at Driverselect. From there everything fell into place. When I got to dealership was in and out within an hour, including test drive and all the paperwork. More

Very good experience buying my 2014 Buick LaCrosse I bought a 2014 Buick LaCrosse this weekend. Took about 2 hours in the dealership as I wanted to test 2-3 different cars. Christie Rogers was very pat I bought a 2014 Buick LaCrosse this weekend. Took about 2 hours in the dealership as I wanted to test 2-3 different cars. Christie Rogers was very patient and never made me feel rushed, despite the place being extremely busy and the fact I was sure I was not purchasing that day. They gave me a quote on my current car and then I went to CarMax to get a competing quote. Came back identical after the tax burden so I went on Monday to do the paperwork, which took about one hour. All in all a very good experience. Four stars, not five, cause I need to take it in tomorrow to figure out something about the driver's car seat...it may not be functioning right, or I have a user error problem! But the customer care people (Wes in particular) has been very helpful and I'm sure it will get resolved quickly. More

I like to take my time when looking for a vehicle, after all I'm the one that will be driving/paying on it. Driverselect was a whole different experience! No pressure at all! I was given plenty of time to decide on the car I wanted to buy. John shaffer my sales guy was wonderful! He was very patient and very honest throughout the whole process. Everyone there was great.
