Jay Cooper was my sales associate and he patiently answered all (and there were quite a few) of my questions. He is very knowledgeable. I felt very at ease and under no pressure whatsoever. He did some numbers with me over the phone without having to pull my credit and they were spot-on. I gave him my deposit to hold the car, and 2 hours later i was at the dealership and the papers were ready to go. The car was in pristine shape as promised. I was there under an hour. He is the only one i had to deal with. I just can't say enough about how easy the process was. When i left, i couldn't believe i had bought a car. Very happy with the dealership and with Jay and i would highly recommend anyone who is ready to buy a car to go here first. Thank you so much...I LOVE my new Equinox!!!! More
