While our salesperson, Madison, was magnificent, the rest of the buying process was abysmal. We spent 6 hours working out a deal on a vehicle; about 3 hours on the finance team to get everything done, then a of the buying process was abysmal. We spent 6 hours working out a deal on a vehicle; about 3 hours on the finance team to get everything done, then another two hours on detail, and finally had to leave at 10pm Saturday night without the deal being done. We had to come back on Monday to pick it up. The sales staff seem to be the only ones doing any real work! I get that it's a Saturday, but the GM should know it's their busiest day and staff accordingly. 3 people in finance and 1 person detailing cars is not going to cut it. They had already sold around 50-60 units at around 4pm and there were MANY people sitting around waiting for HOURS. It's a wonder anyone in management can blink unassisted. Yes, there's a good chance that you will be able to find a good deal as far as price, just plan on being treated like you as a person and your time are worth absolutely nothing. More
