Unique and pleasant experience I had done my research and narrowed my choice down to one. It was confirmed by email, however when I arrived, I was told that they didn't have that car on their lot. It was actually at EchoPark in Colorado Springs. Road trip. I made an appointment for 1:00 p.m., confirmed by email. They were very busy and we didn't talk to the sales rep until after 2:00. After the initial wait, the rest of the experience went very well. Ron was very friendly and knowledgeable. I paid cash, so the paperwork was lessened somewhat. All in all a very good experience. More

The push by the car salesman to (1) get me to finance the car; and (2) get me to buy a $3300 warranty was unacceptable. It 'broke his heart' that I did neither because he thought I didn't know what I was doing. He knew better than me on how to spend my money. He announced when I came in that he was a salaried employee and didn't get any benefit on negotiating. But then his disappointment in not making the extra money that warranty and financing would have provided him was evident -- and his interest in me as a buyer disappeared. My other complaint was that the wrong car was detailed. When we went out to turn the car over to me, the salesman pointed at the wrong car and said 'Here's your chariot'. WRONG CAR. When we got to the correct car, it had not been cleaned. There were black stains on the front seat and some kind of gunky stuff on the console that I had pointed out before. The parts manager came out and cleaned while I waited. These things soured my experience with EchoPark and dampened my enthusiasm about the car. More
I had come down to echopark on Tuesday to sign all the paperwork to be sent to my dad in California, and Jina had told me I needed to send my paystubs. I went down to your location(Colorado Springs), I also contacted you guys through phone and email. I have a voicemail saying my car is ready to be picked up, then I come down after work at 8 pm on Friday, give Brian my registration and keys, then Hannah Bitterman came out to inform me she needed my 71 year old father's paystubs from California or she could not release the car. This has been a week long process and the communication, attitude and customer service was shocking. If you want professional service or someone who simply keeps in contact with you, I definitely would not go here. More

We initially thought "what is the catch" and there isn't any except knowledgeable staff who truly listen and care about you getting the car you really want at the price you are looking for. No pressure sales. Justin was our sales rep and was so knowledgeable about every car we looked at and talked about the pro's con's, features and even recommended a vehicle that we otherwise wouldn't have even thought about and it turned out to be the best price, with more features and just all around the perfect fit. All the other staff we came in contact with were friendly, helpful, courteous. The facility is incredible, pleasing, welcoming. We will come back and recommend this dealer going forward. Can honestly say, this was by far the best car shopping experience we have ever had. More

Extremely accommodating, we pulled up, went in and Anthony walked us out to the golf cart and we toured the lot. He didn't have what we were looking for at the time but within 24 hours found what we wanted and had it delivered to their lot. It took us about an hour from start to finish on signing for the vehicle, yes only one hour! Free car washes for life! 95% of the sale was done on IPad with only a few documents with the finance department. After market warranty was purchased and it was customizable. We will buy all of our vehicles here in the future. Anthony was a rock star! More
