I visited the Echo Park location on three different occasions and each time I was greeted inside by a receptionist; not by the pack of wolves waiting for you to pull up in the parking lot. I looked at occasions and each time I was greeted inside by a receptionist; not by the pack of wolves waiting for you to pull up in the parking lot. I looked at probably a dozen different models of SUV with Riley and he was extremely knowledgeable about all of the cars we look at. He was patient with us as we changed out mind a bunch of times and asked to look at various options and take multiple test drives. There was never any sense of frustration or urgency. Then, when we finally decided on the car we wanted, Riley did everything. We didn't have to talk to any managers. We didn't have to wait for any finance department. Our salesperson handled the entire transaction from start to finish. It was such a pleasant experience versus what I am used to. I will buy all future cards through Echo Park. More
