Clean, spacious lobby with excellent allowance for social distancing, hand sanitizers, etc. All employees in customer area were masked and respectful. Has the look and feel of a new car dealership. Paperwork, including approval of financing, was easy and quick. Staff was relaxed, courteous, and genuinely good humored. The low pressure approach, which is probably d/t the non-commission sales model, was not just refreshing but completely surprising and welcome. Best used car buying experience I've ever had. Drove off in my purchase and had beautiful 3.5 hour return trip to my home in late model, low mileage Ram. Definitely worth the trip to Colorado Springs. More

There was a lot we really liked about working with EchoPark. Our sales rep (Diego) was extremely polite and straight forward throughout the process. The vehicle we got was a great deal on paper, but t EchoPark. Our sales rep (Diego) was extremely polite and straight forward throughout the process. The vehicle we got was a great deal on paper, but the straight forward experience was the best part. We appreciated that everything was explained to us in advance before we signed anything. Taxes, fees, and policies were all explained up front to avoid being overwhelmed by all the legal jargon. Our only gripe was that they don’t work with outside creditors. It is part of their business model, but not being able to work with creditors we had a good relationship with did raise the cost of the car in the long run due to higher interest rates. This may not be a problem for you, but it was our only knock against the experience. We loved working with Diego and the overall experience. If you don’t mind not being able to choose your own lender, EchoPark is one of the best places to buy your next used car. More
