2 months after buying a 2017 Jeep with 21,000 miles... Alternator went out while being stranded in childress Texas. Echo did nothing helpful. I think the dealership is good; I wish the team was not tag teaming as I felt as though I did not get a good connection with either sales people. In general fine, there was some level of arrogance from the manager Mark(?). If you shop around, they are on par with most dealerships for most cars these days. They talk KBB, but KBB is often above the ma the manager Mark(?). If you shop around, they are on par with most dealerships for most cars these days. They talk KBB, but KBB is often above the market rates for most cars. They promised to pay up to $250 for minor repairs of the body, but would not reimburse, but only pay direct to a vendor. However, most body shops are not familiar with them and will not bill someone who is not in their system or a customer, and I feel Mark@EchoPark knew this and was okay with being somewhat deceptive.
