I had just left two other dealerships, Ford and Chevy, and was going to give up. Nothing against them, but they are too aggressive, and I couldn't handle all the questions at once. I drove by Echo Park and thought I will try one more place, if the same I was gonna buy online and have it delivered. I parked in the back and walked around with my daughter for about 45 mins and no one came to me. That was fantastic! After I knew the cars I wanted to view I went inside and met Shane Wedel. He explained their hassle free policy and how they operate. I realize the bottom line is they want to make a sale and I needed a car. Shane was kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. He showed me every car I wanted to see without hesitation and gave me his insight on all of them. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. I did buy a car and it was because of him. I was happy to give him the sale. I highly recommend Shane Wedel at Echo Park. More
