The service was great! Our salesperson was knowledgeable and diligent throughout the entire process. He worked hard and as efficiently as he could even though he was trying to get through a couple different and diligent throughout the entire process. I don’t know if the process could have been split up between employees to speed it up but what we were told should take 45 minutes to an hour, took 2 and 1/2 hours. My only complaint was the manager stepped in after I denied the warranties and continued with another rant on warranties after reassuring me that Echo Park is not a dealership, there’s no pressure, and they’re not commissioned based. I would have thought the opposite. When a customer says no, you should honor it. That’s what makes places like Echo Park and Carmax better than dealerships. More
