(may have been Carlos) and they all provided stellar service throughout my car-buying process. Had a less than great experience with an EchoPark in Raleigh, NC that left a bad taste in my mouth, but this branch in Colorado Springs completely remedied my view of the company and demonstrated the gold standard of service that EchoPark frequently brands itself as provider of. Hats off to them saving my opinion of EP and showing me how the company truly lives up to its reputation and name.
