Very disappointing experience. Purchased a car, realized floor mats and second key were missing when we got home. Told that we’d have to pay for a second key but to come pick up th Purchased a car, realized floor mats and second key were missing when we got home. Told that we’d have to pay for a second key but to come pick up the floor mats. When we arrived GM said if the car didn’t come with floor mats the car is sold as is and he couldn’t do anything about the floor mats. He also said “that’s why we disclose no spare key and no floor mats.” Ok, but that was definitely not disclosed, we told him. He just kept saying, I apologize, which is meaningless if you’re not willing to do anything about it. More
