This was hands down the worst car buying experience I've encountered. The timeliness, communication process, and the overall experience was horrible. Haven't even had my car 30 days and there have been so many problems. I've had to take my car back into echopark twice and both times they said they couldn't help me and sent me somewhere else. In the 29 many problems. I've had to take my car back into echopark twice and both times they said they couldn't help me and sent me somewhere else. In the 29 days I've had my car, I've been at the mechanic 5 times. Poor customer service after sale and HORRIBLE mechanics. Highly recommen taking the vehicle to a real mechanic before buying from them. More
