How anyone gives this place a good rating is either uneducated in finance or lying. You can not use an outside lender. You can not get a third party inspection prior to purchase. Literally every rule you've ever learned buying a car, if you've done your research, is against the rules here. You have to use their lenders whose best rate was more then double the rate our bank approved us for. Steer clear. Everh person working here is a criminal and con artist. Don't take my word for it. Google best practices to buy a used car and then read echopark's rules. They remind me of the dad in the movie Matilda. More

communications It was impossible to get someone to talk to me about a problem I was having with my car. I called for days only to get voice mail or hang ups. I did get someone at the call center( Megan, I think, in Lowell, NC) that helped me get A LOT to talk with someone. The service guy who did look at the problem said it was a normal sound (not) they are not doing their job. It was the strut on the front had gone bad I finally took it to a Jeep dealership and having it repaired. More
